Antiwebbing

   00M125 - Antiweb
M125 is a superior antiwebbing agent which is homogenized.
M125 has had proven industrial usage in dipping and coating
compounds. It can be added directly to a dipping compound
or diluted and sprayed as a mist over the surface of the dip tank
as the forms are emerging. Optimum results are obtained by
use of .2-1.6 wet weight on wet weight of latex compound.

All ingredients of M125 are considered acceptable under
21 CFR 177.2600 (Rubber articles intended for repeated use).
M125 is chemically acceptable for use in articles which will
be used in producing, manufacturing, packing, processing,
packaging, or holding food, subject to the provisions of
21 CFR 176.170.

0M132A - Fire Retardant Plasticizer Emulsion
M-132A is an aqueous emulsion of a tetrabromophthalate ester
which acts as a flame retardant plasticizer for PVC, acrylic and
other polymeric latex compounds and coatings. M-132A offers
the following advantages:

   - High flame-retardant efficiency
- Good plasticizing activity
   - Excellent thermal stability
   - Compatible with other plasticizer emulsions

PROPERTIES:

Active solids (%) 74 - 78
pH 9 - 10
Weight per gallon (lbs) 11.00

APPLICATIONS:

M-132A is recommended as a flame retardant additive for
coatings such as drapery and upholstery backcoatings. It
also is useful in various other coated fabrics which require
flame-retardancy. In order to maximize its effeciency, the
use of a small amount of an antimony oxide synergist is
recommended. Where the use of an antimony oxide is
undesirable, higher levels of M-132A can be used to achieve
the desired level of flame retardancy.

Medical Goods

LTX 001119 - Condom Dipping Compound
Type: Natural Rubber Latex - Two part system
   Curing Masterbatch: D321
DIRECTIONS: For Condom Dipping - no coagulant

(1) Add 4.6 gms D321 Curing Masterbatch per 1000 gms 1119.
Mix thoroughly - age at least overnight before use.

(2) Dilute with ammoniated water to about 50% solids and deaerate.

(3) Using glass form, dip, and dry; redip, dry, and cure
     10-15 minutes at 240° - 250°F. Latex tank normally
cooled to maintain about 80°F in liquid.

(4) Lower levels of D321 can be used for other balloon products.
Suggest 3.0 grams D321 per 1000 grams 1119. Develop full
     precure before dipping.

Mix thoroughly - age at least overnight before use.
(2) OPTIMUM CURE for Catheters: 2 hours @ 210° F - 220° F
     for rubber .030" - .040" thick.
(3) At a 2l/l000 level of 00D7l0 Curing Masterbatch and a
rubber thickness of .030"- .040" slight overcure will occur
if a heating cycle of 2 hours at 220-230° F is used.
(4) Good rubber physicals may be obtained - together with a
slower cure rate and a longer tank life if the ratio of D7l0 to

Strippable Coating

   LTX 001422
Polymer prevulcanized natural latex

Total solids content % 53 - 57
pH 9.5 minimum

Weight per gallon (lbs) 8.3

001422 is a white self curing latex coating for the protection
of various surfaces. Application may be made by spray, brush
or roll. At ambient temperatures, the drying time for 0.010
film is approximately 30 minutes. The time will vary with
the relative humidity. All surfaces to be sprayed with
001422 should be thoroughly cleaned, free from oil, grease
and dirt. Three spray coatings or two roller coatings are
then applied.

Proper care of the spray equipment is a must. After completing
the spray application, the excess latex should be removed
from the spray pot or lines. Then a solution of 5% - 10%
soap solution should be sprayed through the gun, followed
by clear water.

If applied by roller, the roller should be dipped in 5% - 10%
soap solution and vigorously shaken to remove excess water.
Then dip into the 001422 compound and apply. After
completing the application, the roller is then dipped repeatedly
into the soap solution, rinsed with clear water and dried.
